IF YOU HAVE TROUBLES WITH PAYMENT
We have implemented strict security measures for credit card payments. If your card does not meet one of them, it will simply not be accepted. But in the majority of cases, the situation is much more simple:
- Some banks in security reasons demand a call to their Call Center to turn on internet payments for your card. By default, they are blocked in such banks (e.g. some subdivisions of Societe Generale Bank)
- And the most common case is incorrect data in payments form. Note, that you should insert absolutely correct info; if you'll make a mistake in only 1 symbol, your card won't be accepted. It is enough to write "KS" instead of "X" for refusing your card. Or write an incorrect postal code.
- Maybe, you just haven't enough funds on your card?
- Try to wait 10 minutes and try again. Sometimes it helps :)

HOW TO BUY IN THIS SHOP?
We've made buying process simple and safe. To buy any product you want, please, proceed following steps:
- Click on "Buy now" button near the item you want to buy. The new window will open and the product will be added to your shopping cart.
- Then click on "Continue Checkout" button in the window of shopping cart. Of course, you can pay from your PayPal account by clicking on yellow "Checkout with PayPal" button.
- Fill up the form and follow instructions at shopping cart window. Please, note that you should input absolutely correct info as it is stored in your bank's credit card database.
- Then you'll receive an e-mail with all serial numbers, links, instructions and other secured data necessary to use with bought item. If you have ordered a boxed or material product, publisher will receive your contact information and execute delivering as soon as possible. That's all!
