HOW WILL I GET THE PRODUCT?
The delivery method is always described on product's page. In overwhelming majority of cases you will receive the letter on specified (during payment) email carrying all references, serial numbers and other data, which authors have considered necessary to specify. Beside the electronic letter, the same data will be displayed on the page where you will be redirected in case of a successfully payment. According to your desire, you can also request a CD/DVD delivery of bought product.

DOUBLE ORDERS
Unpaid double orders are not a problem! Any order you make that has not been paid for will not be delivered and does not mean a commitment from your side. You get what you paid for and we get your payment for what you get... We do not recharge your orders, we actually do not even actively charge any orders, it is you the customer that actively pays for an order either by credit card, paypal or bank transfer!

LOSS OF DATA AFTER PAYMENT
At loss of serial number or other data given to you at purchase of product, is it enough for you to write here, we'll just check you through our base and resend you this data.

WAYS OF PAYMENT
Payments are made by such credit cards as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB and also through PayPal and some other regional payment systems. You can get the full list of payment variants directly under carrying out the payment. RETURNS
Refunds for any programs, graphic products, databases that were purchased in our shop is not giving. The reason for it – data security. Since the data, given to you during the moment of purchase (serial numbers and so other) can be remembered and be used for further use of a product, which isn’t possible to supervise.

NOT ACCEPTING CARD
We have implemented strict security measures for credit card payments. If your card does not meet one of them, it will simply not be accepted. This is a tribute to the fraudulent use of credit cards by criminal elements in our community. The most common problem happens when the place of issuance of your card is not the same as your actual world location. It is enough to make a mistake in only ONE letter or digit in payment forms (e.g. KS instead of X) to get refused.
